In this project inexpensive plastic bangles are customized by being wrapped in an assortment of bias bindings and tapes before being decorated with flosses, sequins, buttons, and braids to create an armful of color. You can also use strips of printed fabrics, plain, and decorative ribbons to wrap bangles.
