Samples were knitted in Reynolds, Blossom (1.75 oz/50 g, 82 yd/75 m per ball; 50% acrylic, 40% viscose, 10% cotton) in Peach, Magenta, and Purple.
Stitch Guide: Basket Weave Stitch Pattern
-Rows 1-5 *Knit 5, Purl 5*. Repeat from * to * across row.
-Rows 6-10 *Purl 5, Knit 5*. Repeat from * to * across row.
Garter Stitch Washcloth
Using Peach yarn, cast on 50 sts
1. Work in Garter st (Knit every row) until almost out of yarn.
2. Bind off loosely.
3. Weave in all yarn ends.
Stockinette Stitch with Garter Stitch Edge Washcloth
1. Knit 5 rows.
2. K5, P40, Knit last 5 sts.
3. Knit.
4. Repeat Rows 2 and 3 for 40 rows.
5. Knit 5 rows.
6. Bind off loosely.
7. Weave in all yarn ends.
Basket Weave Washcloth
Using Purple yarn, cast on 50 sts
1. Work Rows 1-10 of Basket Weave Pattern. Stitch Pattern for approximately 9".
2. Bind off loosely in st pattern.
3. Weave in all yarn ends.
