hi my name is angel yarber i live in sullivan ohio my weigh 290 and i am going to be 24 yrs old on march 13 i am losing it because i cant lose no weigh at all i fill so sad i cant lose no weigh i need some help soooooo bad.
I also have tried all diets as well. Way they dont have TV shows for people that need to lose at least 30 to 50 pounds like the biggest loser show. I need help just like they do. If the ever get a show like that I would like to be a canidate PLEASE. Thanks and have a great day
When I was 14 yrs. old I weighed 358lbs and I lost 218 By the time I was 18yrs old. I managed to gain 100lbs back after I had my son when I was 23yrs. I'm really trying to lose the weight. I go to the gym every day for an hour. I cut back on the things that I was eating and still have yet to lose any weight. I try to stay positive because I know if I did it once I can do it again.
hi im casara i'm 20 years old and i have 1 kid she is the love of my life but i cant keep up with her. she is to active andi get realy tired cuz i waigh 235 pounds, im tirered of not being able to play with my two year old , i have tryed everything their is, but nothing sems to work! can anyone help i dont know wat to do anymore my waight is mesing up my life! help plz!anyone!
Try a real diet plan and stick to it. Go to the gym or rec center and work out. Go to the sauna after you have worked out it makes you sweat. Drink plenty of water, eat vegetables or fruit with every meal. To be honest with there is no such thing as a diet it is a lifestyle change. Change the way you think about eating. Eat your fravorite vegetables and fruit. Stay away from fast food, candy, pop, and fried foods. If you stop thinking of it as challenge then it will come easy. Stay positive and really work at it.

hey listen to me this is my story . i am every person that i read and this is what i have found to work for me . Please quit drinking diet drinks and caffene. i promise this is how i started . In the morning i would make me a pot full of old fashion oatmeal .don't cook to long and put cinn in it then add some walnuts and frozen blueberries and 1/2 cup of silk milk eat a good 1 cup and get up . move around and then bfore you know it time has past and then about 10:00 i will start to get a little hungry and i would eat a chewy bar with added protien and that will tide me over til late lunch around 2 then i would eat a mcdonald salad with grill chicken . then at night around 6 i would eat a peanut butter and apple sandwich on whole grain bread . watch out for the wheat it will make you grain weight also . try this for a few days and i promise your hungry will go away . enery comes back and you feel better . then you will feel like moving more . i have thyriod problems and i almost gave up .but after 4 years i am findinf hope again . try not to eat white flour and sweets for awhile and diet cokes and coffee . this is working i lost 45 lbs. if you need some help getting started go toa doctor for a mild diet pill . but believed me it what we put in the mouth that takes the weight off. i have to walk now cause i lose slow when i don't walk .and i like losing faster so i walk 4 to 5 times a week on a threadmeal 2 1/2 mile in 45 mins . good luck and i hope and pray i help someone get started. just go and try it . let me know how you are doing and we can help each other out. dengland2332@yahoo.com
Hi I weigh around 240 lbs. and am having a very hard time losing weight I've tried diet pills the no carb. diets and don't seem to be able to suceed I've even joined health clubs with friends working out everyday and instead of losing weight I stay the same or gain. I had to have my thyroid removed and take medication for it, the doctors say my thyroid levels are in normal range but why can't I lose weight? Please help I'm in desperate need to lose weight so I can enjoy life again with my family without being tried and out of breath when I don't even smoke.
you know i have the same problem with my thyroid. But i have lost weight in the last few months and its because i walk 4 to 5 times a week . i am walking 2 1/2 miles in 45 mins. but let me say this i can't eat no sweets or white flour or i don't lose. i am 52 years old and my bodyjust won't lose like it did before . hope i was any help but don't give up and pray to God to give you strenght

Hi, My name is Lisa I'm 32 years old single mom. I just got divorce in April, 2008. I've alway been heavy. I've alway had to work on my weight. A year ago this month I weighed 230 pounds I'm down to 149. I know my divorce help some of it. But biggest thing that help was seeing my dad with all his health problems. My dad is a very over weight and all his health problems are from his weight. I go scared that I was going down the same road as him. I'm single now and when my son is go. I will be alone. I tire to run at night but since it have got cold it just to hard. My legs and arms have lots of flab. What can I do about it. Hope to lose 14 more pounds and i hope to keep it off. I understand what each one of the people are going thought because love to eat.
I weigh 334 pounds with no energy and too depressed to do anything about it. There are TOO many weight loss "wonders" out there and most do not work. I have a "special needs" child at 430 lbs and a teen at 392 lbs to take care of for the rest of our lives.. We need something that is full proof and I understand exercise is part of it all, but what if it hurts way too much and there is too much depression & eneryless.. We have seen doctors and they all suggest diet, exersice and if that is not enough they suggest bariatric surgery, insurance may cover but I have seen people, many people, who went through that and has all sorts of trouble going that ends them up going back and forth to the hospital - this is too scary and why do we have to resort to surgery.. there has got to be something out there that can help a great deal.
