Meet Nancy
She's an elementary school principal from Milan, Michigan, and entered the Lifetime Clean Start Challenge because she wanted to lose weight, get healthier and be a positive role model for her students. And she succeeded! She lost 35 pounds and won the challenge. (Her students were very proud.) Her new goal is to continue losing weight in time for her nephew's August wedding. Congrats on the weight loss and keep going - it's all going to work out great. Eat more fruits and veggies, lower your carbs and limit that meat -- this will get your body working it's best for you. The cardio exercise is excellent advice but make sure to take one day and just rest! You will need to get some weight training in, yes, I'm serious. When you go to the gym, go over to the weight trainer and ask to utilize either the circuit system or the free weights. Don't be afraid of them; these two systems will help you TONE your body (tricep extensions and dumbell/barbell presses and flyes are what you need). Most of all stay steady and consistent; you will see great improvement in muscle tone ..... say bye, bye to the flab! God bless you. John 3:16
