Joely and Carrie Fisher come from a family of entertainers, which includes their dad, Eddie Fisher; Carrie’s mother, Debbie Reynolds; and Joely’s mother, Connie Stevens. Carrie is best known for playing Princess Leia in the “Star Wars” movies, and Joely is in the Fox sitcom “’Til Death.”

There’s no doubt that she’s really a great actress, as she comes from a family of entertainers. Many people admire her despite several rumors around. She was Princess Leia in Star Wars, the role for which she's the most famous. Wishful Drinking – a clever turning of the phrase wishful thinking – the memoirs of Carrie Fisher is already a successful book and one woman show on Broadway, and Fisher recently stopped on the Today Show to talk about it. Part of Wishful Drinking is her struggles with drug addiction and mental illness – it just might be worth busting out one of the credit cards for the book.
