They seemed like an odd couple from the start: the petite sex kitten and the towering, cross-dressing basketball star. Dennis Rodman and Carmen Electra got hitched on November 14, 1998, at the Little Chapel of the Flowers in Las Vegas. Unlike the wacky wedding of another former “Baywatch” babe and a tall, tattooed rebel (Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee), Rodman and Electra’s wedding was scandalous because Rodman filed for an annulment nine days after the ceremony. In the annulment papers, Rodman said the marriage should be annulled because he was intoxicated at the wedding. The couple reconciled and then had an on-again, off-again relationship that ended in divorce in 1999.
