HOW TO ENTER: Register to become a member at www.mylifetime.com (the “Sweepstakes Site”) (or, if already a member sign in), submit a comment on the “Sexy Star Blowouts” lookbook at myLifetime.com, and you will automatically be entered. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON NOVEMBER 14, 2009. No incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Limit: Users may submit as many comments per day as they would like. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, each day will begin at 12:00:00 AM ET and end at 11:59:59 PM ET, with the exception of the first day of this Sweepstakes, which will begin at 12:00:00 PM ET on October 14, 2009. The Sweepstakes Site's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. All entries become the exclusive property of Lifetime Entertainment Services, LLC (‘Sponsor”) and will not be returned. In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the relevant entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the applicable email.
2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Twelve (12) Grand Prize winners will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about November 17, 2009, by Sponsor or its representatives, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. To be eligible to win, lookbook comments must be relevant, appropriate, and substantive relative to the lookbook topic at hand, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided on their winning posts. Only one (1) winner per household.
3. GRAND PRIZE: Twelve (12) Grand Prizes: Twelve (12) Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) Blow hair care set, which shall include one (1) Blow Tress Relief Leave In Conditioner (5.0 oz.) and one (1) Blow Damage Control Restorative Hair Mask (4.5 oz). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $47. ARV of all Grand Prizes: $564. Odds of winning depend upon the number and content of eligible entries received. All Grand Prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are the age of majority or older in his or her state of residence as of October 14, 2009, except officers, directors and employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.
5. VERIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Grand Prize winners may be required to sign affidavits of eligibility and liability releases and, where permitted, background checks and publicity releases. A prize may be awarded to alternate winner(s) if affidavit/release is not returned within three (3) days after mailing to winner or if prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable. Each prize winner agrees to Sponsor’s use of her/his name, address (city and state), likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
6. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of New York. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
