How can I play games?

When I try to play a game nothing happens.

You may need to update the free Flash player software that we use for all of our free online games. It will only take a minute. To update your free Flash player software, please visit Adobe's website here:

And, don't worry. This software will only help you play our games. It is not a virus, or anything like that. It's the software that makes Lifetime Games work -and that's it!

I can't see the entire game screen. It gets cut off.

It is likely that your computer monitor is set at 800x600 pixels or less. On Windows computers, right click on your desktop, select Properties. Then, select Display Properties. The minimum resolution of your monitor should be set at 1024x768. On Mac, visit Display Properties and set for 1024x768 at a minimum.

How do I change my photo?

To change your photo click "Dashboard" then select "Edit Profile". Click “Browse” to select a photo from your computer to upload. Then click “upload”. Your new photo will appear right away.

If you have logged in but the site is saying you are not logged in:

This is most likely due to the cookie on your browser becoming corrupt. Your cookie controls letting your computer know that you are logged into Lifetime.

To fix this, please navigate away from Lifetime Games. Clear your cookies and cache for your browser. Navigate back to http://www.mylifetime.com/fun-games/games and sign back in.

If you are not sure if you received tokens for the game you played:

You can look up your tokens transactions by following the below steps:

You’ll be able see all tokens that were added to or subtracted from your account.

If you don’t see tokens you think you should have won, please send us the game you were playing, the day, time, score, and tokens you earned from that game and we will check to see if it submitted correctly.

If you don’t think your scores or tokens are reporting to the leaderboard properly:

There are two leader boards for each game on Lifetime.

The top leader board is the HIGH SCORE leader board. The bottom leader board is the TOKENS TOTAL leader board. Each leader board lasts for 1 week starting and ending at midnight Sunday Eastern Standard Time. The top 5 leaders on each board will be awarded 500 treats for their top scores (If more than 5 people tie on the leader boards, they will all be awarded the 500 tokens). Each leader board only houses the top 100 players.

The HIGH SCORE leader board represents the highest score players have achieved on the game for the week. Your highest score that week will be put up on the leader board. High Scores are not cumulative, so they will not add up the more you play. The only way to increase the score is to play better and score higher. This is designed to show you who played better or worse then you. Everyone with higher scores represents people who played better then you that week. Everyone with lower scores represents people you played better than this week.

The TOKENS TOTAL leader board represents the number of treats you have earned for this game this week. Your token total continues to rise, the more tokens you are awarded. This is designed to show you who is playing more or less then you on this game this week. Players who have higher token total most likely played more games than you by earning more tokens. Players who have fewer tokens most likely played less games than you and thus earned less tokens.

As you can see, at Lifetime Games, we reward players who are skilled at the games, but also reward those players who love the game and play often.

What do the stars and trophies next to players’ names mean?
  • Green star – Player has 0 - 9,999 Tokens
  • Blue star – Player has 10,000 - 99,999 Tokens
  • Red star – Player has 100,000 - 499,999 Tokens
  • Trophy – Player has earned at least one high score
What are tokens?

Tokens are our rewards to you for doing well when playing our games! When you get a good score in our games, we reward you with tokens. You can then redeem your tokens for a chance to win great prizes from many of our great contests here. You must be a US resident and 18 and over to enter our sweepstakes.

How do I earn tokens?

You earn tokens by playing games! The higher your score, the more tokens you will earn! You also earn tokens by placing in the top spot on the leaderboard and logging in every day.

How do I win a trophy?

You can win a trophy by getting a high score in any game. The high scores are reset each week so you will always have a new chance to win!

Do you want to win great prizes?

Earn tokens and enter our great contests! You must be logged into the site to enter our contests. To view our current prizes, click here. You must be a US resident and 18 and over to enter our contests.

Your chances to win are based on the popularity of the contests and the amount of entries you make before the particular contest is closed. The more you enter, the higher the chances are to become a winner.

When the contest closes, a winner will be chosen at random from all entries. The pending winner will be sent an email for verification. The winner must respond within 7 days or else the prize will be awarded to a new winner. This is why we make users verify their email address when registering to the site. Make sure your email address is always up to date and check your junk mail because you could be our next winner.
