Hey Pickie98, FINALLY someone finds something positive about smaller portions - the groceries last longer!!! Good one! I never really thought about that but it's true. That along with not eating fast food so much has allowed me to save some money. Please don't eat the bowling ball though becasue I would feel really bad that I shared the portion ideas with you - I do agree that the billiard ball is a bit small for me too! Even so, eating smaller portions is so worth it when you can lose a little weight by sticking to it. Thanks for watching all of my videos too!

I watched all of Nancy's videos, and I have to be honest, I think that pool cue ball she held up should be a BOWLING BALL!! In fact, I think I have been hungry enough sometimes, to actually EAT THE BALL! LOL LOL LOL!!!
Sometimes knowledge is painful,eh? One good thing about those portion sizes: your groceries last much longer, so you will have to walk around some other place to get your exercise, besides the market so often!!!Lin

Being on the Libby Gill radio show was great fun. Besides being able to talk with Libby once again, I was also able to talk with Tony Dean who has written a book called the F.A.S.T. Diet (Families Always Succeed Together) which tells the story about how his family together successfully lost 500 pounds. He gave me some ideas about I can continue my weight loss. He even said he'd be willing to come to Milan and help other interested pepole in my town lose weight. Cool huh??? I plan to take him up on the offer.
