You look Fab! I understand how you feel about loosing weight. I actually have gained 80 over the last 5 years. I now am finding that I need to loose it and don't know how to begin. I find that people definately look at me differently than when I was thin. I weigh 220 lbs and my confidence is fading with ever lb I gain. I'm getting older and know that loosing it will be a big battle that will never end and I'm wondering if I have that commitment in me anymore. I also realize that this may have an effect on my health, so loosing 40-50 lbs. would be ideal for me. Good Luck in Your Journey!

Lori--Yes, I'm excited about going on NutriSystem again. Portion control is so key to the weight loss portion of this project and I feel like I need to discipline myself a lot more, even though I've been cutting back considerably. I like to challenge myself every once in a while!

Soyno--Yes, I think mixing it up is best for me. I have the attention span of a three-year-old (no offense to the toddlers). I have to keep it fun or else I'll give up on it.

Carored (CJ)--Thanks for rooting for me! I'll get this weight off yet...

Kimbal--Thanks for your comment! Yes, I love to dance. I love Salsa and Merengue, and sometimes, if I don't feel like walking outside, I'll put on Merengue and just dance until my hips hurt (which is how I lost so much weight on the bottom...LOL). I'm thinking of trying "Core Rhythms". I think that's the product Mary Murphy (of So You Think You Can Dance) endorses. It looks fun and not as complicated as some of the other dance videos I've bought. Keep watching because I'll let you know how it turns out for me!

Do you like to dance? Check out aerobics videos on collagevideo.com. Call one of their consultants and tell them what kind of music you like, the exercise level you're at, etc. My favorite is Christi Taylor who's the best instructor in the world and the most fun but her choreography is very complication. She's so good that she makes it really easy to learn though. Much better than Tae Bo. I put in her dvd's hooked up to my massive sound system and it's so much fun I don't even feel like I'm "exercising." And weights! They will change the shape of your body faster than anything else you can do. Get some Firm videos, I really love the originals. They look all showy, with the exercisers' makeup and hair perfect, etc. But they kick butt. And change your butt too. Although they're difficult, you can start slowly and build up and you will not believe how different you'll look and feel in just a couple weeks. And believe me, when I first started working out I was such a wimp I had to stop and rest during the warm ups! I'm now 50 years old and have a better body than most 20 year olds.
