Your intuition has a message for you, but you’ve been on the go for so long you’ve barely even noticed. To access your inner wisdom, you’ll need to slow everything down to a halt. Create a space to connect with yourself and fill it with sensual pleasures to help you get quiet. Light candles, turn on the aromatherapy lamp, then play some soothing music while you meditate or write in your journal. Take a bath, or better yet, a walk along a body of water if you have access; water often has a healing effect. Of course a good all-out cry can be a brilliant way to set everything free.
