Making astrology accessible and a useful tool for improving your life is a talent that Lifetime's astrologer Christopher Renstrom is known for around the country.

He's the author of "Ruling Planets," the first book to draw on an older and more illuminating tradition where the planet that you are born under - not the zodiac sign - provides the key to finding your way in everyday living and relationships.

In addition, Renstrom writes horoscope columns for Allure magazine and can be heard on radio stations nationwide, most frequently on KTRS in St. Louis, WPLR in Connecticut and "Coast to Coast AM" with George Noory, nationally. His TV appearances include shows on MSNBC and New York's WABC-TV. He lectures regularly at the Learning Annex in New York City.

Practicing astrology full time since 1985, Renstrom considers himself a "cosmic weatherman" - helping people to navigate through storms (rough passages) and make the most of the sunshine (opportunities) that life and the stars have in store for them.
