Neptune’s natural home is in Pisces, doubling the spiritually evocative force of this planetary transit. Neptune is the ruler of the underworld ... a magical place to be IF you respect its magnitude. You can either float to the intriguing depths of your soul, or sink into the murkiness of your fears. We got a preview of its influence last year, from April 4 through September 16, 2011. Starting today, February 3, 2012, Neptune is back in Pisces and will stay there for 14 more years.
2011 is coming to an end, and no, the world isn't. Far from it! 2012 is actually the dawning of a new, conscious era, and frankly, we're looking forward to it. (Stay tuned, because on January 1, we'll be posting the 2012 annual horoscopes you've been anticipating.) So how should we wrap up the last days of December?
2012 isn't the end of the world — far from it. In fact, it might just be the beginning of a more conscious and compassionate new world order. For the first half of the year, lucky Jupiter is in Taurus, which can bring more stability to our lives and finances. In June, Jupiter moves into Gemini, which could bring even more technological innovations, as well as changes in the way we learn (Skype school, anyone?) and travel (think bike shares, carpools, new forms of mass transit).
2011 hasn’t been the easiest year, and even December got off to a bumpy start. Fingers crossed, the upcoming weekend will make up for those troubles. Christmas Eve brings a Capricorn new moon — setting the stage for a greeting-card Christmas full of tradition, warmth and stability. Gather ’round the fire (or the space heater), sing carols, make a favorite family recipe. Capricorn is an Earth sign, ruled by serious and traditional Saturn. Start penning those 2012 goals and resolutions early, since new moons give a fertile boost to fresh starts.
