Welcome to spring! The Sun is in Aries, the first sign of the zodiac. The world is full of fresh energy and new beginnings, and it’s a great time to take initiatives and leave the past in the past. Aries is a forward-focused Fire sign, and we should all be feeling the desire for positive change now. Heads-up: communication planet Mercury will be going retrograde (backward) in Aries from March 30 through April 23. This is a time notorious for technology snags, travel delays and miscommunications. Since Aries rules hot tempers, we may see more unrest in the Middle East — as well as in hotheaded people in our own lives. Take preventive measures by backing up your computer and electronic data, and doing some deep breathing. Aries is a very physical, active sign. Release stress that gathers (especially in your head, face and neck) with regular exercise, facials and even a scalp massage.
