Hotheadedness? Temper tantrums? Diva showdowns? Since July 9, erratic Uranus has been retrograde (backward) in fiery, feisty Aries. While Uranus in Aries can be a time of great innovation, its retrograde position may have brought out the worst. A lot of progress has been slowed down by selfishness, ego trips and a lack of forethought. The tune of "me me me" has gotten a little too familiar for many of us.

This week our focus begins to fan outward again, as Uranus ends its five-month retrograde on Friday. It's time to take all that Aries passion and drive, and direct it into something bigger than yourself. It's OK to be "selfish for a cause" — in other words, to climb up on that soapbox and stump for human rights, an office recycling program, or any positive issue that needs championing. Uranus at its best is the revolutionary, and Aries is a fearless leader. Under the retrograde spell, it was more "rebel without a cause" than anything. This week, think about what you believe in fiercely, and how you can use your voice to make a difference!
